STEP UP provides a 'Benchmarking Method', which allows Clients to compare internal human resources to those available on the market, which have the same characteristics, specifically those which are recognised as working in line with optimum project criteria.
The aim of the method is to constantly improve the organization by identifying people, who are the closest to the position’s requirements. Additionally we receive employment market analysis concerning availability of the best candidates. The method allows Client’s to combine the internal recruitment with the external search when appointing positions. Benchmarking is also useful as a self assessment tool for companies to evaluate
their current resources, thus recognising areas where improvements can be made. STEP UP participates in identifying the comparative profile and where necessary defining the profile based on a variety of parameters (e.g. job description, competency outline, working environment analysis). Together with the Client we can ascertain the process of searching – whether be data basing, networking or direct search. Once we identify and check potential candidates who have reached the profile 'Benchmark',

we specify comparable competencies and further define categories.
This filtering process narrows the potential candidate list to a select few who will meet the highest professional and personal criteria. The report analysis therefore includes both professional and personality characteristics, prospective development and references.
