Challenges

We started the search after one of the local companies was not successful in finding and attracting the right Candidate.
The market was already aware of the position. Moreover the position was extended over two countries; therefore we had to find a person who was able to adjust to different working environments, cultures and changes.

Approach

As the market was already been aware of the position the main issue was to attract the right candidates. Our Consultants and Researchers attend external training to improve their interpersonal skills and we feel that this was the reason they were able to attract the Candidates’ for this challenging role.

Result

We have approached 135 Candidates from different industries such as FMCG, IT/Telco, Pharma, and Retail. We presented a short-list of 4 Candidates, who met the highest requirements,
not only in experience but also competency and behaviour. We have successfully placed the Candidate who fitted exactly Client’s requirements.
